Changes are certainly welcome! We will create a formal change order outlining the impact on scope, cost, and overall schedule for your review and approval.

We partner with several esteemed local custom cabinet shops and Amish cabinet makers in Indiana. The level of finish, design complexity, and budget will guide us towards the ideal cabinet maker for your project.

What other services do you provide?

Do we need to move out?

The need to move depends on the project's scale. Entire house renovations typically require relocation. However, bathroom, kitchen, or basement renovations often allow you to stay in your home.

Will my house get dirty during construction?

Yes. We do our best to set up dust walls and air filtration systems, but drywall dust may inevitably make its way outside the dust barrier. A cleaning crew is brought in at several points of the project to help keep your home clean.

What do I need to do in order to prepare for our project?

Please ensure the space is completely cleared of personal belongings. Our team will handle everything else.

Building Permits

Most home renovation projects require town-approved building permits. Werner General Contracting manages the entire permitting process, from application to inspections. You are only responsible for the permit fees.
